. thanks for joining us. i'm will thomas. >> and i'm maureen umeh. tonight we have learned who the victim is and what she was doing when the car hit her and just took off. family members fear she may not survive. >> reporter: 25-year-old daniela was born in guatemala. most recently worked and lived about a block from where she was hit at 8:00 saturday night. struck just a few feet away from her boyfriend's home. >> i heard a thump and it sounded like a car hit another car. >> reporter: they are looking all they can to find a driver of what they believe was a small dark sedan, possibly a honda. they say the force of the impact caused some damage. and even a piece of evidence was left behind. >> it did leave the right-hand side exterior passenger mirror on the scene after it struck her. >> reporter: neighbors say this narrow stretch of carol avenue can be hazardous. many drivers ignore the speed limit we're told, even with a school just across the street. >> i've seen the crossing guard almost get hit trying to cross the kids to school. so people don't go by the speed limit. >> it's a busy
dead. but there are questions about how he died. i'm maureen umeh. >> i'm will thomas. police were called out three times to break up a domestic dispute at a home and on the fourth call they were forced to shoot an armed man with a rifle. >> frederick police are still in the process trying to figure out exactly what took place this morning. they say they were responding to that same home for the third time. that's when a man was spotted with a rifle. soon after there was gunfire and one man was dead. frederick police say it was a busy night for them when it came to the 200 block of market street. three times they were called to the same home to break up disputes. >> there were three calls, i believe, not in rapid succession, but within a fairly close proximity timewise. >> reporter: the third response happened just before 6 a.m. when officers got there, they found an injured woman and a man not too far away in this parking area. neighbors pointed the area out to us and we found crime scene tape here as well. here's what police say happened next. >> they were trying to approach him
to an emergency call on marlboro pike. fox 5's maureen umeh is here now with the story. >> the horrific crash was captured on the ambulance's event recording camera. it will be crucial to authorities figuring out what happened. it has not been made public, but we are hearing details. an suv mangled beyond recognition, an ambulance sheared apart from the force of the crash, the aftermath of an accident that happened after midnight thursday on marlboro pike in district heights. all three men inside the suv died. 35-year-old tony burney was a passenger. >> real good guy. >> reporter: the other two victims were uncle and nephew, 22-year-old andre watley was deaf and was about to begin school at galladette university. >> very intelligent bright happy child. everyone loved him. >> reporter: emmanuel jones, andre's uncle, was driving. >> they were best friends. >> reporter: a camera like this one inside the ambulance recorded the fast moving suv apparently crossing the double yellow line into the path of the ambulance. public information officer mark brady saw the tape. >> you can see in the distanc
